Place Room 601 on the 6th Floor of ICRR (Kashiwa Campus)
Abstract We present the ultra-high-energy cosmic-ray (UHECR) studies with the use of the Telescope Array experiment data. Mass composition and an upper limit on the down-going neutrino flux for cosmic rays with energies > 1018.0eV are obtained with the use of the Telescope Array surface detector data employing the multivariate analysis methods based on the Boosted Decision Tree technique. Proton-to-helium ratio is obtained for the UHECR with energies 1018.0<E<1019.0eV from the tail of the depth of the shower maximum distribution using the exponential decay scale values measured by the Telescope Array experiment and the Pierre Auger Observatory: the latter is used to constrain the astrophysical models of the origin of cosmic rays.
