Five Mile Hill back scatter lidar(laser radar) experiment is for measuring the atmospheric transmittance surround the High Resolution Fly's Eye Observatory, and developping the back scatter lidar technique for Atmospheric Monitering of Air Fluorescence Cosmic Ray Detection as a part of HiRes collaboration, and Telescope Array Project collaboration.
