You mention that you go to "University of Tokyo"
or "Tokyo Da-i-ga-ku (in japanese)". Taxi fee is about 2500-3000yen.
Another option is to tranfer at Kashiwa Station to Tobu Noda Line
toward Ohmiya and get off at Edogawa-dai Station. Then take a taxi (about 1000yen). |

Bus fee is 280yen (about 30min). From #2 Bus Station at West Exit of JR Kashiwa Station, take Tobu-Bus for National Cancer Center ( in Japanese  ) and get off at the end. Another 5 minutes walk to get to ICRR (see maps) |
