Pizza
I had the final proof that pizza can be prepared even in Japan, even without an oven... that's magic!

Recipe

You will need:

I am usually not precise about the quantity of ingredients, but to obtain instant-leavening I mix the flour with up to 50% of my yeast (depending on how much "smelly" it is, i.e. from its concentration). Usually I add 10% of water, and a spoon of oil. Mix everything with a fork or spoon, then using hands. Add more flour if necessary to fine-tune the humidity of the dough.
After folding and plying the dough for 5-10 minutes, it should be smooth and homogeneous, and enough strong to be shaped as a large and thin disk (if it breaks or stick easily, add more flour).
Now I would say "Put your favourite flavors above the disc and bake it in a hot oven". But if you do not have an oven, here is a shortcut. First I gently cook one side (5 minutes). The dough also raises almost immediately (200% and more in thikness). Then I flip the disc on the other side, and start to add tomatoes, a spoon of oil and oregano
At this point you can really add everything. I prefer canned fish with garlic and cappers, or you can try with cheese (also mixing different kinds), or ham, olives, mushrooms, vegetables...
To create something similar to an oven, I cover everything with a ceramic dish, or something similar. The heat under the pan should be just enough to cook the pizza in 15 minutes, without carbonizing it!
If this dirty trick works also for you, in the end the result is much better than you could expect. My first Japanese pizza (below) was almost better than the results of my first experiences with electric ovens!)
