You need only the red of the eggs. Put them in a pan with sugar and stir until it is completely homogeneous. Then add milk (1/4 of liter for every egg and half-spoonful flour), vanilla and grated lemon skin
It will take several minutes for the cream to reach boiling point. In the meanwhile keep gently stirring with a spoon. Do not hurry, keep the heat low, and stop as soon as it starts boiling. Control the thickness of the cream by changing the proportion of flour and milk. Add the fruit in small pieces, and serve cold.
