Opening Hours and Entry Procedures

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, and occasionally for special reasons.
Advance notice required: Please contact the library beforehand.
(The library may be temporarily closed, so please get in touch via phone or email before your visit.)

Entry procedure: Present your student ID or an identification card.

If you wish to use materials held in this library, please make a prior request.
When visiting, bring an official ID (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.).

Book Borrowing

Not available for loan to the public.

Interlibrary loans are possible. Please inquire at your affiliated university, research institution library, etc.
Shipping costs: Actual expense.
Payment methods: NACSIS-ILL participating libraries through the NII offset service.
For non-participating libraries, please inquire.

Copying Services

No coin-operated copy machines available.
Copy reception hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Payment: Payment procedure required at the payment counter (Reception hours: Weekdays 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM; complete payment by 3:30 PM).
Fees: Black and white: \50 per page, Color: \90 per page.

You can also get copies of materials from the ICRR library at your university, research institute or other library.
