Currently we are studying high redshift galaxies using large data taken in the Subaru\/Hyper Suprime-Cam (HSC) survey, which is a wide and deep survey covering\u00a0\u223c1000\u00a0deg<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0with deep optical imaging. Using the Subaru\/HSC data, we have so far identified\u00a0\u223c500,000\u00a0Lyman break galaxies (LBGs) and\u00a0\u223c2000 Lyman alpha emitters (LAEs) at z>4, which are the largest sample of high redshift galaxies to date.In this talk, we will show our recent results about high redshift galaxies, including the physical origin of the cosmic star formation history, ISM properties revealed with ALMA, and an identification of the highest-redshift protocluster.<br><a
