Mass composition and an upper limit on the down-going neutrino flux for cosmic rays with energies &gt; 10<sup>18.0<\/sup>eV are obtained with the use of the Telescope Array surface detector data employing the multivariate analysis methods based on the Boosted Decision Tree technique.
