（設置）
(Installation)
第１条　東京大学宇宙線研究所（以下「研究所」という）に計算機委員会（以下「委員会」という）を置く。
The 1st article, The computer committee (henceforth a "committee") is put on the University of Tokyo institute for cosmic ray research (henceforth a "research institute").
（目的）
(Purpose)
第２条　委員会は研究所計算機の円滑な共同利用のために必要な協議を行うことを目的とする。
The 2nd article, A committee aims at having deliberations required for smooth joint use of a research institute computer.
（組織）
(Organization)
第３条　委員会は委員長及び所内約５名の委員によって構成される。
The 3rd article, A committee is constituted by the chairman and the committee about five within a station.
（委員長）
(Chairman)
第４条　委員長は宇宙ニュートリノ観測情報融合センター長をもって充てる。
The 4th article, The chairman allots with director of Research Center for Cosmic Neutrinos.
第５条　委員長は必要に応じて委員会を招集し、その議長となる。
The 5th article, The chairman calls a committee if needed and turns into the chairperson.
（委員）
(Committee)
第６条　委員は教授会の推薦により、所長が委嘱する。
The 6th article, By recommendation of a faculty meeting, the head appoints it a committee.
第７条　第２条の目的遂行上必要な人員は委員会の了承のもとにオブザーバーとして委員会での議論に参加することができる。
The 7th article, A required staff can participate in an argument in a committee as an observer on the 2nd-article purpose execution at the basis of consent of a committee.
（任期）
(Term of office)
第８条　委員の任期は１年とし、重任を妨げない。ただし、欠員が生じた場合の後任者の任期は、前任者の残任期間とする。
The 8th article, A committee's term of office is made into one year, and does not bar a heavy responsibility. However, the term of office of a successor when a vacancy arises is made into between a predecessor's rest term.

(Enforcement detailed rules)
第９条　この内規に定めるもののほか、委員会の実施についての必要な事項は別に定める。
The 9th article, Although set to these private regulations, the required matter about enforcement of others and a committee is defined independently.
（附則）
(Additional rule)
この内規は平成１１年４月１日から適用する。
These private regulations are applied from April 1, Heisei 11.

第１条　東京大学宇宙線研究所計算機システム（以下「計算機」という）の運営は、別に定める計算機委員会（以下「委員会」という）と、宇宙ニュートリノ観測情報融合センター（以下「センター」という）の責任において行われる。
The 1st article, Management of the University of Tokyo institute for cosmic ray research computer system (henceforth a "computer") is performed in the computer committee (henceforth a "committee") defined independently, and the responsibility of a Research Center for Cosmic Neutrinos (henceforth a "center").
第２条　委員会は、別にさだめるところにより、計算機の共同利用の管理を行う。
The 2nd article, A committee manages joint use of a computer by the place appointed independently.
第３条　センターは、計算機の運営管理を行う。また、計算機レンタル契約の相手方との交渉その他はセンターが行う。
The 3rd article, A center manages a computer. Moreover, a center performs the negotiation and others with the other party of a computer rental contract.
附則
The additional rule
この内規は平成１１年４月１日から適用する。
These private regulations are applied from April 1, Heisei 11.

宇宙線研究所計算機システム利用内規(案)

（目的）
(Purpose)
第１条　宇宙線研究所計算機システム（以下「計算機」という）は宇宙線研究の目的のために共同利用されるものとする。
The 1st article, Joint use of the institute for cosmic ray research computer system (henceforth a "computer") shall be carried out for the purpose of cosmic ray research.
（運営）
(Management)
第２条　計算機の共同利用は、宇宙線研究所計算機委員会において管理されるものとする。宇宙線研究所計計算機委員会に関する内規は別に定める。
The 2nd article, Joint use of a computer shall be managed in the institute for cosmic ray research computer committee. The private regulations about a institute for cosmic ray research computer committee are defined independently.
（利用資格と登録）
(Use qualification and registration)
第３条　共同利用者（以下「利用者」という）は宇宙線研究所に所属する職員、大学院学生、事務官、名誉教授、及び共同利用研究者として登録された研究者とする。上記の条件を満たす者のうち、共同利用を希望する者は、計算機委員を通じ、所定の申請書を計算機委員会に提出する。
The 3rd article, A common user (henceforth a "user") is taken as the personnel who belong to a institute for cosmic ray research , a graduate school student, an administrative official, an emeritus professor, and the researcher registered as a joint use researcher. Those who wish joint use among those who fulfill the above-mentioned conditions submit a predetermined application to the computer committee through a computer committee.
第４条　計算機委員会は、利用者ＩＤを登録し、計算機委員を通じ使用許可を利用者に通知する。
The 4th article, The computer committee registers User ID and notifies a user of use permission through a computer committee.
第５条　計算機委員会は毎年年度の始めの時点で利用者の見直しを行い、利用者の再登録、削除を行う。
The 5th article, When a fiscal year begins the computer committee every year, it has a better opinion of a user, and it performs re-registration of a user and deletion.
第６条　計算機の利用目的にそぐわない利用を行った利用者は計算機委員会の判断において一方的に、その利用登録を抹消することができる。
The 6th article, On the other hand, the user who performed not suitable use for the use purpose of a computer can erase the use registration on a target in judgment of the computer committee.
（利用方法）
(The usage)
第７条　登録の受け付けられた利用者はサーバー計算機の利用ができる。サーバー計算機のバッチ処理についてはジョブ投入制御が行われる。また、個人のディスク領域に関しては使用量制限が行われる。
The 7th article, The user by whom registration was received can do use of a server computer. Job injection control is performed about batch processing of a server computer. Moreover, the amount-used restrictions are performed about an individual disk domain.
第８条　各研究グループ内に設置された端末装置等の管理は研究グループ担当の計算機委員が行う。
The 8th article, The computer committee specializing in a research group performs management of the terminal equipment installed in each research group.
第９条　研究所外からのアナログ、デジタル回線を通してのリモートアクセス装置の利用は、利用者からの申請書に基づき計算機委員会がその利用を許可する。フリーダイアルについての利用規則は別途定める。
The 9th article, Based on the application from a user, as for use of the remote access equipment which lets the analog from the outside of a research institute, and a digital circuit pass, the computer committee permits the use. The use rule about Free Dial is defined separately.
（大型計算）
(Large-sized calculation)
第１０条　擬似イベント発生装置、大容量ディスク、大容量テープシステムは各研究グループを単位として大型計算が必要な場合にのみ利用が許可される。研究グループからの申請を受けて、計算機委員会で調整をはかり必要量を研究グループに割り当てる。これら装置の利用度は積算され。年度毎にその割り当て量の調整を行う。また、利用研究グループは大型計算の利用成果を報告することを義務とする。
The 10th article, As for false event generating equipment, a mass disk, and a mass tape system, each research group is permitted to use only when large-sized calculation is required as a unit. In response to the application from a research group, adjustment is aimed at in the computer committee and required quantity is assigned to a research group. The availability of these equipments is integrated. The allotment is adjusted for every fiscal year. Moreover, a use research group makes it duty to report the use result of large-sized calculation.

１．この内規は、平成１１年１月１日から実施する。
