We expect to build a new detection system at KEK with TESs fabricated at the QUP ISAS satellite. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in Physics/Engineering or a related field by the time the appointment begins. One or more of experience in fields of device fabrication/sensor physics/cryogenics instrumentation are preferable. Less than 50 % of the effort can be used for the applicants’ self-motivating work. The successful candidate is encouraged to collaborate with other QUP members on various topics, including the SpaceTES project for the LiteBIRD mission.
