The appointee will work with Professor Adrian T. Lee, a QUP PI and the head of QUP Berkeley Satellite, as his Deputy PI stationed at KEK with frequent travels to UC Berkeley to contribute to the design, fabrication, and characterization of the detector system for the LiteBIRD CMB polarization space mission. The successful candidate will also be involved in systems engineering and project management.
