<<<<<<<<<<<<<< CRC News 2017年 1 月 16 日 >>>>>>>>>>>>>> CRC会員 各位 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　CRC事務局　 *************************＜PTEPへの投稿呼びかけ＞************************* 宇宙線研究の皆さま 物理学会雑誌PTEPへの、編集著坂井さんからの呼びかけを 送信致しますので、よろしく閲覧ください。 PTEP　執行編集委員　木舟正 ------------------------ 研究者の皆様 Progress of Theoretical and Experimental Physics (PTEP) は2012 年9月の特集号出版によってProgress of Theoretical Physics (PTP) の後継誌として出発して以来，4年余りが経過しました． 現在，PTEPの目指す目標は，国際的な競争力を持つ論文を数多く出版 し，我が国からの国際的情報発信の流れを確立することにあります． この機会に改めて，皆様の優れた論文をPTEPに投稿して頂きますよ うに，ぜひお願いする次第です． PTEP/PTPの論文のダウンロードの伸びは世界的にも目だっており， オープンアクセス化によってPTEP/PTPの論文のダウンロードが数倍 から数十倍に増加しました．オープンアクセス化が学術情報流通に 顕著な貢献をする好例として，PTEP/PTPの実績が本年のSCOAP3の 講演会で大きく取り上げられました． また，皆様のご支援により，実験論文を含めて投稿論文数，出版論 文数共に順調に増加してきました．分野・所属機関に関わらず投稿 料免除を実現したことがこの好結果を支えています． 一方，PTEPの支援機関として投稿を推進して頂ける機関が実験物理 学を中心に拡大し，現時点で， 　高エネルギー加速器研究機構，京大基礎物理学研究所， 　理研仁科センター，阪大核物理研究センター， 　東大宇宙線研究所，東大数物連携宇宙研究機構， 　東北大サイクロトロン・ラジオアイソトープセンター， 　筑波大計算科学研究センター，東大素粒子物理国際研究センター， 　千葉大ハドロン宇宙国際研究センター， 　九大先端素粒子物理研究センター，東大原子核科学研究センター， 　東北大ニュートリノ科学研究センター， 　名大素粒子宇宙起源研究機構，広大極限宇宙研究拠点 の15機関が支援機関に加わって下さっています． 財政の柱となっているSCOAP3からの支援上限論文数も今年度さらに 50%増加しました．来年度からの新たな契約では今後もこの支援が 維持されることになっています． この機会を活用して十分な支援を受けるためにも，より多くの優れ た論文を投稿して頂き，出版することが何よりも重要です． 皆様のご支援をよろしくお願いします． 2017.1.10 PTEP編集委員長　坂井典佑 PTEP執行編集委員(宇宙実験・理論）木舟正 前田恵一 PTEP編集委員(宇宙実験・理論） 　犬塚 修一郎　井上 邦雄　川崎 雅裕　小嶌 康史　小玉 英雄 　柴田 大　白水 徹也　田島 宏康　田中 貴浩　常深 博　寺澤 敏夫 　中畑 雅行　長谷部 信行　宗像 一起　山田 章一　山本 博章 高エネルギー実験 小林富雄 長島順清 森俊則 川越清以 田中礼三郎 飯嶋徹 久野良孝 中家剛 横山将志 久世正弘 野崎光昭 山下了 ビーム物理 鎌田進 岡本宏己 森義治 設楽哲夫 濱広幸 後藤彰 田島俊樹 装置 幅淳二 池田博一 海野義信 谷森達 住吉孝行 能町正治 ％％％％％％％％％％％％％％％％％％％％％％％％％％％％％％％ Invitation to submit your papers to PTEP, 　More than four years have passed since Progress of Theoretical and Experimental Physics (PTEP) started publication as the successor to Progress of Theoretical Physics (PTP) in September 2012. 　The most important task for PTEP now is to continue to publish as many internationally competitive high quality articles as possible in order to consolidate its international status in academic publishing. 　We would like to take this oppotunity to invite you to submit your highest quality research articles to PTEP. Downloads of articles in PTEP/PTP have increased by an order of magnitude, since adopting an Open Access policy. Even compared to other journals that have received SCOAP3 funding, PTEP/PTP stands out as particularly successful in this respect. 　The journal was singled out in this year's SCOAP3 webinars and public lectures and commended for the significant contribution it has made in promoting the world-wide circulation of academic information through Open Access publishing. 　Thanks to your support, both the number of submissions and published articles has continued to increase in the fields of experimental as well as theoretical physics. 　We believe that our policy to waive the article processing charge irrespective of subject area or author's institution has helped to drive this increase. 　In addition, PTEP has agreements with a number of supporting institutions that have promised to recommend submission of high quality articles to PTEP: we now have agreements with the following 15 institutions/organizations: The High Energy Accelerator Research Organization (KEK), Yukawa Institute for Theoretical Physics (YITP), Kyoto University, The Riken Nishina Center, The Research Center for Nuclear Physics (RCNP), Osaka University, The Institute for Cosmic Ray Research (ICRR), University of Tokyo, Kavli Institute for the Physics and Mathematics of the Universe (Kavli IPMU), The University of Tokyo Cyclotron and Radioisotope Center (CYRIC), Tohoku University, Center for Computational Sciences (CCS), University of Tsukuba, International Center for Elementary Particle Physics (ICEPP), The University of Tokyo International Center for Hadron Astrophysics (ICEHAP), Chiba University, Research Center for Advanced Particle Physics (RCAPP), Kyushu University, Center for Nuclear Study (CNS), the University of Tokyo, Research Center for Neutrino Science (RCNS), Tohoku University, Kobayashi-Maskawa Institute for the Origin of Particles and the Universe (KMI), Nagoya University, Core of Research for the Energetic Universe (CORE-U), Hiroshima University, SCOAP3 is now one of our main sources of funding, and we have just entered into a new contract which sees a 50 percent increase (compared to the year 2015) on the number of PTEP papers that will be eligible to receive financial support. We would like to ensure that we take full advantage of this oppotunity by publishing an ever increasing number of high quality articles in the journal. 2017.1.15.
