Fill out the reservation form(ps file、excel file both in Japanese) and send it by fax, or submit it by yourself to Kyodo-Riyo (Collaboration) Section, General Affairs Division, Institute for Solid State Physics.
On the day of your stay, please go to the Kyodo-Riyo (Collaboration) Section, General Affairs Division, Institute for Solid State Physics, then pay the charges and receive the room key.
