The way of reservation to stay the domitory

The Kashiwa Dormitory for visitors

To make a reservation for the dormitory:

  1. Fill out the reservation form(ps file、excel file both in Japanese) and send it by fax, or submit it by yourself to Kyodo-Riyo (Collaboration) Section, General Affairs Division, Institute for Solid State Physics.
  2. On the day of your stay, please go to the Kyodo-Riyo (Collaboration) Section, General Affairs Division, Institute for Solid State Physics, then pay the charges and receive the room key.

How to get the roomkey(japanese)
原則として9:00〜16：30に物性研２Fの事務へ行き、代金を支払ってから受取って下さい。
止むを得ずこれ以外の時間に着く場合には、事前に宇宙線研の担当者に連絡し、宿泊代の立替払いと鍵の代理受取りを依頼して下さい。
　・立替えてもらった代金をどの様に支払うか、
　・鍵をどこで渡してもらうかは、その都度担当者とご相談下さい。
宇宙線研 及 物性研の建物は、17：00以降はIDカードがなければ入れません。入れないときには、インターフォンで担当者を呼び出して下さい。(内線番号が必要です。)
