Dear Colleagues,
                you have probably been reached by the terrible news that
Angel Morales passed away yesterday as a consequence of an heart attack he
suffered at the end of last September.
      We have lost with Angel a very close friend, a man of great professional
and human values, and of unlimited passion for his work.
      I believe that in this moment we are all overwhelmed by profound sorrow
and sadness.
