The deadline for the submission of abstracts for the 28th 
International Cosmic Ray Conference (ICRC2003) is Feb. 28.
If you are interested in presenting your scientific results
at the conference, please submit your abstract to the conference

as soon as possible, in order to avoid last minute server backlogs.
