We look forward to your attendance and your active contributions to the workshop. The workshop will cover topics in data analysis for all kinds of gravitational wave detectors (ground and space-based interferometers, resonant bars, etc.), and theoretical issues on sources. Registration: Each participants are required to visit the workshop web site to fill out the registration form. The workshop web site is at http://vega.ess.sci.osaka-u.ac.jp/gwdaw/ . There, you can submit the abstract of your talk in sessions listed in the program below. Registration fee is 10,000 Yen. (For students, it is 5,000 Yen.) This fee includes banquet. We can only accept cash of Japanese Yen at the registration desk of the workshop. Please note the following deadlines. Deadline of submission of abstract: Nov. 17. Deadline of registration (if you do not give a talk): Dec. 2. Hotel: For participants, we have reserved "Keihanna Plaza Hotel" and "APA Hotel Kyoto-Ekimae" from Dec. 16th to 20th. "Keihanna Plaza Hotel" We have reserved about 60 rooms of the "Keihanna Plaza Hotel" which is the nearest hotel (15 minutes walking distance) to the meeting site and is the most convenient. It is 9,240 Yen for a single room, and 12,705 Yen for a twin room. (this is a discount price.) "APA Hotel Kyoto-Ekimae" We have also reserved 30 single rooms in "APA Hotel Kyoto-Ekimae" which is located near the Kyoto Station in Kyoto city. You can find it at the one block west of the North-exit place (Karasuma-exit) of the Kyoto station. You can go to the meeting site by train and bus in one hour. It is 6,500 Yen for a single room (this is a discount price). Shuttle Bus: For participants who will stay in Kyoto City or Nara City, shuttle bus from Shin-Hosono station (the nearest train station) to IIAS will be available in the morning. Schedule will be announced later. Lunch: Since the meeting site is in the isolated area, Japanese style lunch boxes are available (500 Yen for one box). You should make a reservation in the registration form. (Note: Lunch box is not included in the registration fee) Although there are a few fast food restaurants within walking distance, there are only a few options. Banquet: Banquet will be take place in December 18. Detailed information will be announced in a future circular. Banquet is included in the registration fee. Banquet ticket for a accompanying person is 5,000 Yen. Prior submission of your PDF file : A projector which is connected to our computer will be available for your presentation. If you want to give a talk with the projector, you can send us your PDF file from the web site before you leave your country. (For now, we can only accept PDF files.)
