Dear Colleagues;

    The XVI Particles and Nuclei International Conference (PANIC02) 
will be held in Osaka, Japan, from September 30 to October 4, 2002.  
We have received many abstracts of your contributed papers to PANIC02. 
We sent a confirmation to those who submitted their abstracts 
which we verified printable. Thank you very much for your
coorporation. We were, however, informed that some fraction of people
did not have enough time to prepare their abstract. We thus postpone
the deadline of the abstract submission to May 14. We also encourage
you to submit an abstract of your works for which you were unable to
meet the old deadline (April 29).
