Dear Colleagues;

The XVI Particles and Nuclei International Conference (PANIC02) will
be held in Osaka, Japan, from September 30 to October 4, 2002.  This
is the one in the series of conferences of PANIC followed the one at
Uppsala(1999).  In this conference we discuss current experimental and
theoretical studies of Particles and Nuclei.
