Workshop site is Lecture Hall at the 6th floor of the ICRR building at Kashiwa-Campus, Univ. of Tokyo, Japan. The nearest international airport is Narita airport and the campus is about one hour by train from Narita and also directly accessible by air-port bus. More details about the transportation can be found in our web site: http://www-sk.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/noon2001 Please find the tentative program of the NOON2001 in the web site. Those who are interested in attending the Workshop are requested to fill in the registration form in above web site as soon as possible. We also wish for your participation in the reception and the banquet. The registration fee is 8,000 Japanese yen. Please pay registration fee at the workshop site. We only accept Japanese yen cash. Joint Workshop ============== Just before the 3rd Workshop on "Neutrino Oscillations and their Origin", we will have another international workshop entitled "International Workshop on Technique and Application of Xenon Detectors" from 3rd to 4th December at the same workshop site (Kashiwa-Campus in Univ. of Tokyo). The purpose of this workshop is to discuss about Xenon detector which is promising detector for the experiments of gamma ray, double beta decay, dark matter search, solar neutrino experiments, and so on. Details of the workshop can be found on the website: http://www-sk.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/xenon01 Local Organizing Committee ========================== Y. Fukuda (ICRR) T. Mori (ICEPP) M.
