Thanks to many experts in this field who agreed to give us lectures, we were able to organize the excellent program as shown below. Contents are updated from time to time. We would like remind you that the 5th KEK Topical Conference will be held at KEK, from November 20 to 22 . Details are at their home page (http://kektc5.kek.jp). Application Post deadline application is still accepted. Please fill the application form at http://www-cgi.rs.noda.sut.ac.jp/sut-cgi-bin/~tis2001/apply.pl . Transportation Information on transportation to the Seminar House is available at http://www.rs.noda.sut.ac.jp/~tis2001/transportation.html. Registration Fee Registration fee is 10,000 yen. Since this amount may be expensive for some young students who have no support, we provide opportunities to reduce the amount by taking a part in organization of the school. Please contact K. Nakai, the secretary of the school organizers. Climate Although we may expect fine days in general, it is recommendable to prepare for cold weather. Average temperature is 15 degree centigrade. A sweater and/or a duster are advisable.
