<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< ＣＲＣ News No.930：2006年 9月 8日 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> ＣＲＣ会員 各位 ＣＲＣ事務局 宇宙線研支部 ****＜ International Workshop on Cosmic-rays and High Energy Universe ＞**** FIRST CIRCULAR ******************************************* International Workshop on “Cosmic-rays and High Energy Universe” Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan; March, 05-06, 2007 ******************************************* It is our pleasure to inform you that the International Workshop on “Cosmic-rays and High Energy Universe” will be held at Aoyama-Gakuin University (Shibuya Campus), on March 05 to 06, 2007. The workshop aims at building a unified picture for the high-energy phenomena in space, observed in the form of various kinds of cosmic radiations such as stable and unstable nuclei, anti-particles, electrons, gamma-rays, etc., and also involving the extremely high-energy CRs coming from the extragalactic space. In order to understand deeply the aspects of the hign energy Universe, we need to view all the observables simultaneously, that could be closely connecting with each other, from both the experimental and the theoretical points of view. The workshop will focus upon the experimental data currently available, as well as the future programs with both the space-based (balloon, satellite, ISS) and the ground-based facilities, and discuss how to understood them in the framework of the standard model, what remains as an open question, and what is a key to make a breakthrough for the questions left behind. In order to make the discussion more effectively and fruitfully, all talks will be by invitation only, while poster presentations are also available to complement the limited talks, and we encourage strongly your participation in the poster program.
