After short introduction, the talk will concentrate on several topics related to two SOI ASIC prototypes. At first, progress on design of a bandgap voltage reference together with absolute temperature sensor (PTAT) will be presented. Recent results of measurements showing average temperature coefficient of -35 ?μV/K will be discussed. After that, a current status of a digital library design along with test structures’ measurements results will be shown. Next, the design of 10 bit Successive Approximation Register Analog-to-Digital Converter (SAR ADC) will be presented.
