Deadlines for abstract submission, early registration, and hotels are quickly approaching. 07 Sep 2014 - Abstracts Due 07 Sep 2014 - Early Registration Deadline 30 Sep 2014 - Late Posters Still Accepted (space permitting) 30 Sep 2014 - Regular Registration Deadline 30 Sep 2014 - Deadline to Book Hotel Through Conference Organizers A block program and preliminary list of invited speakers is available on the meeting website. We will update this site as we put together the final program. Please visit the symposium web pages at http://fermi.gsfc.nasa.gov/science/symposium/2014/ for information about the meeting. Abstract submission: We invite participants to submit abstracts for proposed scientific contributions to the symposium. The default mode of contributions will be posters. The scientific organising committee will select a subset of the abstracts for oral presentations in either plenary or parallel sessions. In addition to Fermi science, poster and parallel oral contributions on relevant analysis techniques and the status of related facilities (current and future) are welcome. The deadline for abstract submission is September 7, 2014. Registration: The symposium registration fee is 30,000 JPY until September 7, 2014. There is a reduced fee for current students of 15,000 JPY. After Sept 7, the fee will increase to 35,000 JPY (and 20,000 JPY for students). Registration includes coffee breaks each day and the banquet. Hotel reservations: Accommodation at one of the hotels near the conference venue can be reserved via a link off the main symposium webpage, through Nippon Travel Agency. The last day to obtain a room through the conference organizers is September 30, 2014. However, we recommend that you reserve early to guarantee room availability in your preferred hotel.
