The membership of the Panel, its terms of reference and other information may be found at the Panel’s WWW page: http://www.fnal.gov/directorate/icfa/neutrino_panel.html A mailing list has been set up to allow the dissemination of information and to provide a means of communication and discussion amongst the international neutrino community. The list is configured so that you may sign yourself up to, and remove yourself from, the list by going to: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A0=ICFA-NEUTRINO-COMMUNITY It may be efficient to merge the existing regional and national lists into this new list. In line with its terms of reference, the Panel is carrying out a consultation of the neutrino community. To do this, it is organising a series of “Town Meetings”, one in each of the three regions. The dates and venues of these meetings are: The Americas: 30th January 2014 to 1st February 2014 at FNAL; Asia: 13th November 2013 at the Kavli IPMU, Kashiwa, Japan inconjunction with the NNN13 workshop; and Europe: 8th to 10th January 2014 at the University of Paris Diderot. Further details will be posted on the Panel’s WWW pages and disseminated via the Panel’s email list and the various regional mailing lists. The Panel’s vision is that the Town Meetings are the start of a community-based process that has the potential, through ICFA, to influence significantly the development of our field. Yours, on behalf of the ICFA Neutrino Panel, Ken Long Kenneth Long EMail: K.Long [at] Imperial.AC.UK Mobile: +44-(0)7890-595-138 **************************************************************************
