Considerable progress has been made in this field since 2001 when NuInt01 first brought theorists and experimentalists from the nuclear and high-energy communities together to address the many challenges of these complex interactions. The original rotation of the NuInt conferences from Japan to the States and then to Europe has now gone through two complete cycles. Acknowledging the rapid growth of neutrino physics in India, the third cycle of NuInt workshops will start with Shri Krishna Singh of HNB Garhwal University, hosting NuInt11. Jorge Morfin and Makoto Sakuda will assist Prof.Singh as co-conveners. Location: Dehradun, India Dates:7 - 11 March, 2011 Web Page:http://nuint11.in/ We have kept the channel-oriented organization of physics topics and the session organizers, listed on the web page, are now starting to consider the agenda of their sessions. Following the tradition of the NuInt series, the organizers have been encouraged to leave plenty of time for discussion. There will also be a poster session and we encourage particularly students to submit poster abstracts. http://nuint11.in/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=45 Dehradun is about 250 km north and somewhat east of Delhi and 700 m up in the foothills of the Himalayas. Details of accommodations and travel can be found via the web page. One very important item is the necessity of visas. It can be very time consuming to obtain a visa to India and you are encouraged to apply for the visa as soon as possible. We look forward to welcoming you to Dehradun next March. For the organizing committees, Shri K. Singh Jorge G. MorfinMakoto Sakuda ************************************************************************** =====================================
