Participants are encouraged to arrive on December 13th, as a welcome reception is scheduled that evening. The registration page is open now. http://www-sk.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/NNN10/ We have reserved a block of hotel rooms for participants. Accommodation will be filled on a first come, first served basis. If you plan to attend the workshop, please register at your earliest convenience. The early (discounted) registration deadline is October 10, and we will accept regular registration until November 10 at a non-discounted rate. The workshop consists of invited plenary talks, a small number of contributed talks, and 10-20 poster presentations addressing the following topics: - Proton decays, - High intensity neutrino beams, - Supernova neutrinos, - Solar neutrinos, - Atmospheric neutrinos, - Reactor neutrinos, and - Large detectors R&D If you wish to contribute a talk or a poster on one of these topics, we invite you to submit an abstract in pdf format as soon as possible via email: NNN10-abst [at] km.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp The abstract submission will be closed on September 30. We will organize an optional tour of the Kamioka underground observatory on the afternoon of the last day (December 16th). Details have not yet been determined, but you will visit Super-K, XMASS, and so on. After the visit, the bus will stop at the Toyama airport and at the hotel in Toyama.
