The poster number is shown on the web site and in the abstract book, which is available on registration. During the conference, the best three posters are chosen, and the three winners will be asked to give a talk on April 23rd (please see the scientific program for details). Registration Desk ================= The registration desk is open between 5 pm and 7 pm on Sunday April 18 at the entrance of restaurant, where the welcome party takes place. It is also open at 9 am at the conference site on Monday, April 19. Welcome party ============= The welcome party takes place at restaurant at the conference site between 5:30 and 7:00 pm. It is free of charge for the participants of this conference. Please check the section of the conference home page. Scientific Program =================== The scientific program is posted on the web. Please check it regularly for any updates. Conference Dinner ================= The conference dinner starts at 7 pm at . It takes about an hour from the conference site if you use public transportation, less if you use a taxi. Tickets and directions will be  given at registration to participants who have made reservation and paid for the dinner. Proceedings ============ The conference proceedings will be published from the American Institute of Physics as a volume in the AIP Conference Proceedings Series in the 6 x 9 inch (between A5 and B5) formats. Please find a location map linked to the top page of the conference web site. Financial Support ================= Financial support and reimbursement will be done at lunch time (13:00-14:30) on Apr. 18th (Mon) at a room next to the conference hall.
