This circular only contains important notices on the scientific program, accommodation and registration. Please visit regularly the meeting web site for updated information. Contributed talks ----------------- As we have received a large number of abstracts, we can only accommodate limited number of papers in the oral program. We have posted the list of papers selected for the contributed talks at the conference web site. We will post the program time table shortly. Registration ------------ Deadline for online registration is Sunday, March 21. Please make registration if you have not done so. Accommodation ------------- If you have not done, please reserve your hotel as soon as possible. You can make the hotel reservation at the registration page, with the same deadline on March 21.
