Berezinsky INFN, Laboratori Nazionali del Gran Sasso, Italy Abstract The Ultra High Energy Cosmic Ray (UHECR) puzzle is one of the oldest one in physics. It appeared more than 40 years ago with the theoretical prediction by Greisen, Zatsepin and Kuzmin (GZK) of the cutoff in the spectrum of UHE protons at energy about (4 - 5).10^{19} eV. This reliably predicted cutoff was not seen by all detectors, most noticeably by AGASA array (1990 - 2003), which detected 11 events with energies above 1.10^{20} eV. Many suggestions with new physics have been proposed. In this talk the status of this problem based on the data of new biggest arrays HiRes and Auger is described. Another feature of UHE proton interac- tion with Cosmic Microwave Background radiation, the so-called dip, is shown to be seen in observational data. The role of UHE neutrino detection for clarifying the origin of Ultra High Energy Cosmic Rays is discussed. The space detector JEM-EUSO, scheduled for 2013 - 2014, will be able to solve many remaining problems of UHECR. ======================================
