The topic this time is "Neutrino Mass," addressed from astrophysics, particle physics, underground experiments, laboratory experiments, and early universe. The morning sessions are for one-hour talks by invited speakers only. On March 19 (Wednesday), we will have contributed talks in the afternoon. Other afternoons will be left intentionally with no schedule to allow plenty of time for participants to exchange ideas, understand each others' work, and spawn new collaborations.
