２重ベータ崩壊とニュートリノの国際ワークショップ"DBD07"の開催が
近づいてまいりました。（６月１１−１３日、大阪にて）
プログラムもほぼ確定しました。詳細は下のweb pageをご覧ください。
先日最初の結果がアナウンスされました、MiniBooNE実験のtalkも
予定されています。

関心のある方はぜひともご参加ください。お近くの学生さん達にも
積極的な参加を呼びかけて下さるようお願いします。
参加登録費は一般の方が１万円で、学生は６千円です。

2重ベータ崩壊とニュートリノの国際ワークショップをINPCの
ポストシンポジウムとして6月11日から13日の予定で大阪で行います。
村山氏（UCバークレー）に"Why Neutrinos?"のタイトルで基調講演を
して頂きます。2重ベータ崩壊の実験は世界で進行中或いは計画中の
ほとんどがカバーされています。一方杉山氏（名古屋）には宇宙論の
最近の発展をお話いただきます。その他ニュートリノや関連する
研究も含まれます。

尚講演申し込みは一応締め切りましたが、連休明けまでに申し込みが
あれば可能な範囲で検討します。また学生向けには参加登録料の割引も

Dear Colleagues,

This is the first circular of the International Workshop on
"Double Beta Decay and Neutrinos" (DBD07), which will be held
from June 11 to 13, 2007 in Osaka, Japan.
This is a satellite workshop of the International Nuclear
Physics Conference (INPC) at Tokyo (June 3--8).

The main purpose of this workshop is an open discussion of
current and future directions in the study of double beta decay
and related neutrino physics.

The workshop, DBD07 is hosted by Department of Physics and
Research Center for Nuclear Physics, Osaka University and
supported by the 21st Century COE Program "Towards a New Basic
Science: Depth and Synthesis".

4. Call for Contributions
Abstracts of contributed papers will be accepted throgh

The deadline for the abstract submission is MAY 8, 2007.


5. Conference Site
The workshop site is at the 20th floor in Crystal Tower which is
situated in the central region of Osaka city. It is just in front of
Osaka Castle  and you can enjoy its nice view from the conference room.

The location is very convienent. It is just at the "Osaka Business Park"
station (exit no.3) in subway, "Nagahori-Tsurumi-Ryokuchi" line. It is
also 5 min walking distance from the "Osakajo-Kitazume" Station (exit no.1,
JR Tozai line) and 10 min from both "Kyobashi" (JR Osaka Loop line and
Keihan Main line) and "Osakajo-Koen" station (JR Osaka Loop line).

6. Registration
The registration fee is 10,000 JPY. We accept only cash.
Please pay the fee at the registration desk during the workshop.
