Like the previous NuFact Summer Schools, the aim of school is to provide young particle physicists with an introduction to both particle and accelerator physics aspects of conventional and novel neutrino beams. The long-term goal of this series is to lay the foundation for a large international group of scientists with the diverse skills essential to secure the future of accelerator neutrino experiments. The program of the School consists of lectures and tutorials. Topics and lecturers are as follows. Physics of Massive Neutrinos: M.C. Gonzalez-Garcia (ICREA, U. Barcelona and YITP, Stony Brook U.) Phenomenology of Long Baseline and Reactor Experiments: T. Schwetz (CERN) Reactor Experiments: R.C. Svoboda (LLNL and UC Davis) Accelerator Physics and Primary Beams: M.
