The objective of the workshop is to build a unified picture for the high energy phenomena in space, observed in the form of various kinds of cosmic radiations such as stable and unstable nuclei, anti-particles, electrons, gamma-rays, etc., and also involving the extremely high-energy CRs coming from the extragalactic space. The detailed information is available from the following URL. http://www.phys.aoyama.ac.jp/crheu07/ If you have any questions, please contact the LOC . We are looking forward to meeting you in Tokyo soon. Sincerely yours, Toru Shibata, on behalf of the SOC and LOC ------------------------------------------------------------------- Scientific Organizing Committee: M. Fukushima (ICRR) S. If the presenters plan to use the LCD projector, they have to bring their own laptop PC's. Since there will be two connectors for a LCD projector, you will be able to connect your laptop computer with the LCD projector during the former speaker's presentation. Poster Presentation: The poster session will be held in the 18th meeting room on the 10th floor of the same building. The size of a poster board is 170cm (height) x 80cm (width). Panels for posters are available from the morning of March 5 to the evening of March 6. The poster should be installed and removed by the author. The drawing pins are supplied in the poster session room. Your poster must be placed on a panel which has the ID number of your contributed paper. Please find your ID number from the scientific program attached below. Viewgraphs: We are planning to upload your viewgraphs on our web page after the workshop. If you are planning to use OHP sheets or papers for the presentation, it is very kind of you to give us an electric file or an extra copy of printed viewgraphs at the workshop. Proceedings: We will publish the proceedings from the Universal Academy Press (Tokyo). The detailed information on the manuscript will be announced at the workshop. Registration fee: The registration fee will be 15,000 JPY and the student fee will be 5,000 JPY, which includes refreshments of the workshop and a copy of the proceedings. Payment should be made at the registration desk in Japanese Yen only. No personal checks or credit cards will be accepted. The registration desk will open around 8:00 a.m. on March 5 in front of the 19th meeting room of Souken building, Aoyama Gakuin University. Social events: The banquet will be held on the evening of March 5. It will start at 7:00 p.m. in Aogaku-kaikan. The banquet fee will be 5,000 JPY, which should be paid at your registration.
